Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily facility operations including maintenance, security, and cleanliness standards
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, emergency procedures, and compliance regulations
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for facility repairs, renovations, and preventive maintenance
- Monitor building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) for optimal performance and energy efficiency
- Manage facility-related incidents, customer concerns, and operational disruptions
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to brand standards and operational benchmarks
- Prepare detailed reports on facility performance, maintenance activities, and operational metrics
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in building operations or facilities management
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and compliance standards
- Proven experience coordinating contractors and managing maintenance projects
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to make quick operational decisions
- Proficient in facility management software and MS Office applications
- Certifications in OHS management or facility operations preferred
