Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure maximum productivity.
- Monitor supply chain performance and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of inventory.
- Implement and maintain rigorous quality control standards across all operational touchpoints.
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvement strategies.
- Manage administrative workflows and documentation to ensure organizational compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational goals with company objectives.
- Prepare regular operational reports for management to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an operations or administrative role, preferably in the food or FMCG industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
