Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise day-to-day warehouse and cargo operations to ensure maximum productivity and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with logistics providers, shipping lines, and ground transport teams to guarantee timely delivery and dispatch.
- Maintain precise, up-to-date digital inventory logs and monitor stock movement within the warehouse management system.
- Provide leadership, direction, and training to warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend cost-effective process improvements to elevate service standards.
- Generate comprehensive daily operational reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) for senior leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of solid experience in warehouse operations, logistics coordination, or cargo handling.
- Strong familiarity with inventory control systems, shipping regulations, and warehouse safety standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel, and inventory management software.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Pampanga.
