- Coordinate purchasing activities including vendor selection, procurement, and contract management
- Prepare and maintain operational reports for property performance metrics
- Manage staff administration processes including onboarding, leave records, and performance documentation
- Handle correspondence and communications with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Organize property-related meetings, events, and administrative documentation
- Support property operations through data entry and database management
- Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting for the property team
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of administrative or operational support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of property management systems is advantageous
