- Provide administrative and operational support for collections, credit, and customer service processes.
- Process financial account transactions accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly via phone, email, and in‑person interactions.
- Maintain meticulous records and generate reports to support management decision‑making.

Kualifikasi
- Graduate of a Business, Finance, or related degree is an advantage but not required.
- At least 1‑2 years of experience in a similar administrative or operations role, preferably in a financial services environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software tools.
- Strong command of English (verbal and written) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast‑paced setting.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑centric mindset.
