Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of the cinema rental business to ensure efficiency and high-quality service.
- Manage rental inventory, including scheduling, maintenance, and availability tracking.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of staff to achieve operational targets and foster a positive work culture.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs, resolve issues, and ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgets, costs, and revenue goals.
- Handle problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in rental or entertainment industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and spoken).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and rental software is a plus.
