Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily inventory operations, including stock monitoring, replenishment, and quality checks
- Coordinate order fulfillment processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer orders
- Assist in maintaining efficient warehouse operations and optimizing storage space utilization
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational efficiency
- Collaborate with customer service team to resolve order-related issues and customer inquiries
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational workflows and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Prepare and submit regular operational reports for management review
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in retail operations, warehouse management, or customer service
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to challenges
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and order processing software
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
