In this role, you will serve as the backbone of our administrative operations, ensuring that our client management database is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for high-quality service delivery.

As an Operations Staff member, you will bridge the gap between our clinical teams and our clients. You will be responsible for managing case details, navigating complex client requests, and resolving complaints with empathy and efficiency. Tanggung Jawab

  • Maintain and update the client management database with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution.
  • Coordinate case details between clinical staff and families to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Generate and manage administrative reports to track operational performance.
  • Escalate critical client issues to management while providing actionable recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with internal data privacy policies and confidentiality standards.
  • Support general administrative tasks to facilitate the smooth day-to-day operations of the facility.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, operations, or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Experience in the healthcare or therapy sector is a strong advantage but not required.
