Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate daily coach schedules and driver assignments to ensure on‑time departures.
  • Monitor vehicle readiness and coordinate maintenance requests with the fleet team.
  • Process passenger bookings, reservations, and handle ticket issuance as needed.
  • Resolve operational issues and provide timely support to drivers and customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, and route deviations.
  • Communicate with internal departments and external partners to streamline logistics.
  • Assist in the preparation of operational reports and performance metrics.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a similar operational or administrative role is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic data entry skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • A valid driver’s license is a plus.
