Tanggung Jawab
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding shipment status, delivery timelines, and operational procedures
- Monitor and track logistics operations using FedEx proprietary systems to ensure timely delivery
- Collaborate with warehouse, transportation, and customs teams to address operational bottlenecks
- Maintain accurate documentation of shipment data, customer interactions, and resolution outcomes
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance service quality
- Adhere to FedEx operational standards, safety protocols, and compliance requirements
- Provide real-time support during peak operational periods and service disruptions
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, logistics, or operations support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to operational detail
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays during peak seasons
- Basic knowledge of customs regulations and international shipping procedures
