- Process and manage incoming requests through email, phone, and ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records of all processed transactions.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in operations support, customer service, or administrative roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ticketing systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
