Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly welcome and assist international guests at Penang International Airport
- Safely escort guests to assigned vehicles or partner hotels
- Coordinate transportation logistics and maintain accurate transfer records
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and local knowledge
- Ensure timely and secure baggage handling during transfers
- Communicate effectively with drivers, hotels, and internal teams
- Report operational issues and implement immediate solutions
- Support daily operations with administrative tasks as needed
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year in customer service or hospitality role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings/late nights
- Valid Malaysian driver's license (preferred)
- Basic computer literacy for record-keeping systems
- Proficiency in English and local languages
