VA Masters is currently looking for a dedicated and efficient Operations Support Virtual Assistant to join our team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. - Coordinate and manage daily schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the operations team.
- Handle and prioritize incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and messages, ensuring timely responses.
- Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and records with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required by management.
- Provide high-level administrative support, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Perform general office tasks, such as file management, data entry, and basic invoicing.
- Monitor project progress and assist in tracking deadlines to ensure operational goals are met.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar operational support role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, for professional correspondence.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a professional home workspace setup.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field is a plus.
