- Analyze operational reports and data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure strict compliance with government regulations and internal policies during daily operations.
- Conduct regular team briefings and training sessions to upskill staff and align them with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services and resources.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in a team lead or supervisory capacity within a customer service or operations setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and relevant operational management software.
- Knowledge of statutory board processes and public sector operations is an added advantage.
