Tanggung Jawab
- Operate batching plant equipment to produce high-quality concrete mixes according to specifications
- Monitor and control material proportions, mixing times, and production outputs
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and perform routine maintenance tasks
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Coordinate with quality control team to test and verify product consistency
- Maintain accurate production logs and inventory records
- Collaborate with maintenance team for equipment troubleshooting and repairs
- Train junior operators on standard operating procedures
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or technical certification in mechanical/engineering field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in batching plant operations
- Proficiency in operating concrete mixing machinery and control systems
- Knowledge of concrete production processes and material properties
- Certification in heavy equipment operation (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments
- Basic computer literacy for data recording
