Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and operate Distributed Control Systems (DCS) to ensure optimal plant performance and production efficiency
- Perform real-time diagnostics and troubleshooting of control systems, alarms, and process parameters
- Execute standard operating procedures for start-up, shutdown, and normal operations of production equipment
- Maintain accurate operational logs and documentation of system performance and maintenance activities
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule and execute system upgrades, calibrations, and repairs
- Implement safety protocols and emergency response procedures during abnormal operating conditions
- Analyze process data to identify optimization opportunities and recommend system improvements
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/SMK Sederajat education in technical disciplines (SMK Technical majors or SMA IPA preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience operating Distributed Control Systems in industrial environments
- Proficiency in DCS software platforms such as Honeywell Experion PKS, Emerson DeltaV, or Siemens PCS 7
- Strong understanding of industrial automation principles, process control loops, and instrumentation
- Ability to interpret P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams) and technical documentation
- Certification in industrial safety protocols (e.g., HAZOP, LOTO) is highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make critical decisions during operational incidents
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
