Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor Rotary Drilling Rig and Bored Pile machinery according to technical specifications.
- Ensure accurate borehole depth, diameter, and alignment during the drilling process.
- Conduct daily pre-start inspections and routine maintenance of drilling equipment.
- Adhere strictly to all site safety regulations and PPE requirements at all times.
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors, engineers, and other crew members.
- Assist in troubleshooting minor mechanical issues and equipment adjustments.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent hazards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent vocational training (SMK).
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience operating Rotary Drilling Rigs or similar machinery.
- Valid SIMA (A motor vehicle driving license is a plus) and safety training certificates.
- Physically fit and capable of working in outdoor conditions, often in high heat or inclement weather.
- Strong understanding of construction blueprints, technical drawings, and site safety protocols.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
