- Operate CNC milling machines with precision for mold components
- Perform finishing operations on tire molds to ensure dimensional accuracy
- Conduct routine equipment maintenance and quality inspections

- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in CNC milling operations
- Proficiency in mold finishing techniques for tire manufacturing
- Technical/vocational diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Strong understanding of industrial safety standards
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Basic computer literacy for machine operation systems
- Physical stamina for standing and operating machinery for extended periods
- Willingness to work in shifts and overtime when required
