Tanggung Jawab
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to safely load, unload, and transport materials to designated storage areas.
- Conduct routine pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure machinery is in proper working order and report any maintenance issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by adhering to safety protocols and housekeeping standards.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accurate documentation of stock movements using inventory management systems.
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse supervisors to optimize storage layouts and retrieval processes.
- Follow all company safety regulations and OSHA guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a secure workplace.
- Assist in the packing and preparation of goods for shipment when required.
Kualifikasi
- Hold a valid and current Forklift Operator License (SKILL).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Physically fit with the ability to perform heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and operating machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Familiarity with basic inventory management software or barcode scanners is a plus.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety regulations.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
