Tanggung Jawab
- Operate honing machines independently to achieve precise internal diameter specifications on hydraulic cylinder components
- Monitor and adjust machine parameters to optimize surface finish and dimensional accuracy
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of honing equipment
- Read and interpret technical drawings, work orders, and quality specifications
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality control standards
- Document production data and maintain accurate work records
- Collaborate with quality control team to verify component measurements
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or technical certification in machining/manufacturing
- Minimum 2 years experience operating honing machines or precision grinding equipment
- Strong understanding of hydraulic cylinder components and manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
