Tanggung Jawab
- Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment in strict accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Monitor production processes to ensure high-quality output and adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain the 5R workplace environment (Right place, Right time, Right method, Right condition, Right person).
- Perform routine inspections and minor maintenance on production equipment.
- Report any production anomalies or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor immediately.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets and efficiency goals.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or vocational degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Automotive Engineering.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is preferred.
- Ability to work in various shifts, including day and night shifts.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods in a factory setting.
- Basic understanding of quality control procedures and safety standards.
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment with strict quality requirements.
