Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor industrial machinery/equipment following standard procedures
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime
- Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality control standards

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process optimization
- Document operations data and prepare shift reports

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent technical certification
- Minimum 1-2 years of operator experience in manufacturing/logistics
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards
- Ability to work in shift-based environments
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity
- Proficiency in basic computer operations
