Tanggung Jawab
- Operate Flexo printing machines (PINLONG) efficiently and safely according to standard operating procedures.
- Monitor machine parameters, ink levels, and paper tension to ensure optimal print quality.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and minor troubleshooting to prevent downtime.
- Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring they meet company and client specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation in compliance with hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with the production team to meet daily and monthly production targets.
- Report any mechanical issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating Flexo printing machines in a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to read technical drawings, diagrams, and machine manuals.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality control.
- Physically fit and capable of working in a fast-paced factory environment.
- Basic understanding of mechanical maintenance and safety protocols.
- Willingness to work full-time shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Good communication skills in Indonesian.
