Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure daily production output meets the required quality standards and specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment in strict compliance with food safety regulations.
- Perform routine checks and minor maintenance on production tools and machinery.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) strictly to minimize waste and errors.
- Collaborate effectively with the production team to optimize workflow and overall productivity.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent vocational training.
- Experience in a production line or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods during shifts.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Good communication skills and a strong team-oriented attitude.
