Your primary focus will be on the precise operation of production machinery in strict accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). You will play a critical part in maintaining our facility's reputation for excellence by ensuring strict hygiene protocols (GMP) are followed at all times. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment in strict adherence to SOPs.
- Perform daily quality checks to ensure all products meet Lotte's high standards.
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the production area, strictly following 5S principles and GMP regulations.
- Monitor raw materials and finished goods to prevent waste and ensure efficiency.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report any malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
- Adhere to all workplace safety regulations and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets and shift goals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts and overtime as required by production schedules.
- Basic understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and hygiene standards.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Ability to read technical diagrams and understand operating manuals.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to product quality.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is highly preferred.
