Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare raw materials and conduct precise measurements for paint production
- Operate and monitor paint manufacturing machinery and equipment
- Perform quality control checks to ensure product specifications are met
- Package finished paint products according to company standards
- Perform routine maintenance on production machinery
- Implement and adhere to K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) protocols
- Document production data and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in manufacturing or related field
- Previous experience in production operations or manufacturing is preferred
- Basic knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment
- Familiarity with quality control processes and standards
- Understanding of basic occupational health and safety procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed for production schedules
