Tanggung Jawab
- Operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or routers) to perform precision cutting, drilling, and milling according to specifications.
- Monitor machine operations in real-time to detect any irregularities or errors.
- Read and interpret complex technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
- Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and basic maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet strict quality control standards.
- Adjust machine settings (speed, feed rate) to optimize production efficiency and material usage.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output targets and deadlines.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Previous experience operating CNC machinery is highly preferred.
- Strong ability to read and understand technical schematics and engineering drawings.
- Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with basic machine maintenance and safety protocols.
