Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor industrial machinery and production equipment strictly according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Perform routine pre-shift checks and inspections on machines to ensure they are in optimal working condition.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace by adhering to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular quality control checks on finished goods to ensure they meet company specifications.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of raw materials and finished products safely and efficiently.
- Identify and report any machine malfunctions or material defects immediately to the supervisor.
- Collaborate effectively with the production team to meet daily output targets and efficiency goals.
- Wear and properly use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Vocational Certificate in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment is highly valued.
- Basic technical knowledge of machine operation and maintenance is required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and work in a fast-paced environment with high stamina.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including rotating shifts or overtime when necessary.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols and a responsible attitude towards workplace safety.
