We are seeking a dedicated Quality Control Warehouse Operator to join the growing team at Prima Inovasindo Sukses. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the quality assurance process within our warehouse, ensuring that every product destined for our customers is in pristine condition, fully functional, and complete with all necessary components. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining our high standards of service.
You will work closely with logistics teams to ensure that shipments are accurate and meet both company and industry specifications. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough quality inspections on incoming and outgoing goods to ensure standards are met.
- Verify the completeness of components and functionality of products before shipment.
- Identify and document product defects or discrepancies for quality reporting.
- Sort and organize products according to inventory standards and location codes.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to maintain efficient workflow and safety protocols.
- Perform routine checks on packaging materials to ensure they are secure and appropriate.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational degree (SMK/SMA) is preferred.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or quality control is an advantage.
- Basic proficiency in reading technical specifications and product labels.
- Ability to use basic measuring tools (calipers, rulers, scales) accurately.
- Physically fit to perform duties including standing, walking, and lifting items.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Basic English communication skills are a plus.
