Tanggung Jawab
- Operate reach stackers and heavy machinery for safe container stacking and movement
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and operational procedures
- Coordinate with team members for efficient cargo handling workflows
- Maintain accurate inventory and movement documentation
- Identify equipment issues and report maintenance needs promptly
- Support warehouse and port operations during peak periods
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience operating reach stackers or similar heavy equipment
- Valid heavy equipment operator certification
- Strong understanding of port/warehouse safety regulations
- Ability to work in physically demanding outdoor environments
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends
