Tanggung Jawab
- Operate vibro roller machinery to compact soil, asphalt, and other construction materials according to project specifications
- Perform daily equipment inspections, maintenance checks, and basic troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and operational guidelines while handling heavy machinery
- Monitor compaction levels and adjust machine settings to achieve required density and smoothness
- Collaborate with site supervisors and team members to coordinate work activities and meet project deadlines
- Complete accurate maintenance logs and operational reports for equipment performance tracking
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to maintenance team promptly
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent technical certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating vibro rollers or similar heavy machinery
- Valid heavy equipment operator certification (SIO Manajemen K3)
- Strong understanding of soil compaction techniques and construction site procedures
- Ability to read technical blueprints and project specifications
- Physical fitness to work in outdoor conditions and operate machinery for extended periods
- Basic mechanical knowledge for routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
