Tanggung Jawab
- Perform a wide range of ophthalmic investigations including Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT), Fundus Photography, and Visual Field tests.
- Ensure high-quality imaging and precise data collection for physician review.
- Prepare patients for examinations by explaining procedures and ensuring their comfort throughout the process.
- Maintain and calibrate ophthalmic diagnostic equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards.
- Manage patient workflow in the clinic to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) and ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate closely with ophthalmologists, optometrists, and nursing staff to provide seamless patient care.
- Adhere strictly to infection control protocols and clinical safety guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Optometry, Biomedical Science, Nursing, or a related healthcare discipline.
- Prior experience in an ophthalmic or clinical setting is highly preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for suitable candidates.
- Proficiency in operating ophthalmic diagnostic equipment is a significant advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a high-pressure clinical environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain precise clinical documentation.
- Good computer literacy, particularly in EMR systems.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts if required by the department.
