- Oversee daily operating room activities, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols
- Coordinate with ophthalmic surgeons and medical staff to schedule and optimize surgical procedures
- Manage OR staff performance, including training, scheduling, and professional development
- Maintain sterile environments and enforce infection control standards in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Monitor and manage surgical equipment inventory, maintenance, and procurement
- Implement quality assurance protocols to enhance patient safety and surgical outcomes
- Handle administrative tasks including documentation, incident reporting, and compliance audits
- Facilitate communication between departments to ensure seamless patient care transitions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years experience in operating room management, preferably in ophthalmic/surgical settings
- Valid nursing license or relevant healthcare certification (e.g., OR Nurse, Surgical Tech)
- Proven leadership experience with staff supervision and team development
- Strong knowledge of ophthalmic surgical procedures, equipment, and sterile techniques
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Certification in Healthcare Management or Surgical Services (e.g., CNOR) advantageous
- Proficiency in healthcare IT systems and electronic medical records
