We are seeking a hands-on and dynamic Ops Trainer to roll out operational standards for a leading F&B chain. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our workforce by developing and delivering comprehensive training programs that ensure consistency in service quality and operational excellence.
As part of the training management team, you will work closely with branch managers to identify skill gaps and implement corrective actions. This is a hands-on position that requires a passion for hospitality and a talent for coaching staff to perform at their best. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training manuals for restaurant operations.
- Conduct on-the-job training (OJT) and classroom sessions for new and existing staff.
- Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback to drive improvement.
- Analyze operational data to identify training needs and areas for operational enhancement.
- Coordinate with management to schedule training sessions and track progress.
- Ensure all training activities comply with company policies and food safety regulations.
- Revise training materials based on market trends and business requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B training or operations management.
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, or related field.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and train a diverse team.
- Familiarity with HACCP and food safety standards is highly preferred.
- Result-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
