Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive repairs and calibration of optical equipment including ophthalmoscopes, slit lamps, and phoropters
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections to identify potential equipment failures
- Diagnose complex technical issues using advanced diagnostic tools and schematics
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to healthcare facilities
- Document all repair procedures and maintain accurate service records
- Collaborate with regional teams to align service standards and best practices
- Train healthcare staff on proper equipment operation and basic troubleshooting
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience repairing optical or medical equipment
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and service manuals
- Certification in biomedical equipment repair (BMEC or equivalent) preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities with mechanical aptitude
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions and technical documentation
- Valid Malaysian driver's license for regional travel requirements
