As an Optical Retail Associate, you will be the face of our brand. You will assist customers in finding the perfect frames, explain lens options, and provide personalized styling advice. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with frame selection and lens consultations.
- Maintain deep product knowledge regarding latest eyewear trends, brands, and specialized lens technologies.
- Achieve individual and store-wide sales targets through proactive engagement and effective upselling.
- Perform basic optical adjustments and minor repairs to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels, replenish stock, and ensure the retail floor remains visually appealing.
- Operate the POS system accurately, process transactions, and manage daily sales reports.
- Maintain store cleanliness and follow company grooming and presentation standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level or equivalent certification.
- Prior experience in optical, fashion, or high-end luxury retail is highly advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment with rotating shifts (including weekends/public holidays).
- Passionate about fashion and personal styling.
