Tanggung Jawab
- Provide professional eyewear consultations to customers, recommending frames and lenses based on lifestyle, facial features, and prescription requirements.
- Deliver exceptional retail service, ensuring a welcoming and personalized shopping experience.
- Perform basic optical adjustments and frame fitting to ensure customer comfort and visual clarity.
- Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions, inventory management, and store display maintenance.
- Keep abreast of the latest eyewear trends, brands, and lens technologies to provide expert advice.
- Assist in maintaining store operations, including stock replenishment and cleanliness standards.
- Build long-term customer relationships through proactive follow-ups and service excellence.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in optical or fashion-related sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse customer profiles.
- A keen eye for fashion and a genuine interest in eyewear styling.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with POS systems.
- Passionate about delivering high-quality customer service.
