Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in selecting eyewear based on their style and prescription needs.
- Provide expert advice on frame materials, lens options, and current fashion trends.
- Perform accurate measurements for frame fitting and make necessary adjustments to ensure comfort.
- Process sales transactions, handle payments, and maintain accurate customer records.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards by organizing displays and keeping showroom pristine.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets and KPIs.
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge training and company workshops.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and audits.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in retail sales, customer service, or optical industry is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Strong sense of fashion and interest in eyewear trends.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer literacy; experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Must be physically able to assist with store maintenance and lifting moderate stock.
