Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and vision tests to determine accurate prescriptions
- Fit, adjust, and dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses ensuring optimal comfort and vision correction
- Provide personalized eyewear consultations based on lifestyle, facial structure, and budget
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
- Stay updated on optical technologies, lens innovations, and frame trends
- Collaborate with ophthalmologists and optometrists to coordinate patient care
- Manage inventory and assist with visual merchandising to enhance product presentation
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Optometry or related optical certification
- Valid Singapore Optometrist/Optician license
- Strong understanding of ophthalmic principles and lens technology
- Exceptional customer service skills with a patient-centered approach
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
- Proficiency in optical dispensing equipment and measurement tools
