Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate refraction and vision screenings to determine patient prescription needs.
- Provide expert advice to customers regarding lens types, frames, and contact lenses based on their lifestyle and budget.
- Take precise facial measurements to ensure proper fit and comfort of eyewear.
- Adjust and repair frames to ensure optimal fit for customers.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
- Manage customer orders, including processing payments and updating electronic medical records.
- Educate patients on proper eyewear maintenance and eye health best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certification in Optometry or relevant Optical Science field.
- Previous experience in an optical retail setting is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in using optical equipment and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle delicate optical instruments.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
