Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive eye examinations using advanced diagnostic equipment
- Prescribe and fit corrective lenses (eyeglasses, contact lenses) based on patient needs
- Manage and maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to expand patient acquisition
- Establish corporate partnerships for workplace vision screening programs
- Organize and lead community eye health awareness events
- Monitor ocular health conditions and refer patients to ophthalmologists when necessary
- Train and mentor junior optometry staff on clinical best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Optometry or related field with valid Malaysian optometry license
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in optometric practice
- Proficiency in automated refraction, tonometry, and slit lamp biomicroscopy
- Strong understanding of ocular pathologies and systemic disease manifestations
- Experience with electronic health record systems (EHR) practice management software
- Proven track record in marketing, business development, or community outreach
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to educate diverse patient populations
- Commitment to continuing education in optometric technologies and treatments
