Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily branch operations, including inventory management, store cleanliness, and equipment maintenance.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail staff and optometrists to achieve individual and store-wide sales targets.
- Implement and monitor sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints effectively.
- Manage stock levels, conduct regular stock takes, and coordinate with supply chain for timely replenishment.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed reports for management review.
- Comply with all health, safety, and regulatory standards relevant to optical retail.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Optometry or equivalent retail management experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management or sales leadership, preferably in the optical or healthcare sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse clients and team members.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and operational goals.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by the retail environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
