SATURDAYS is expanding across Southeast Asia, and we are looking for a dual-skilled Optometrist / Store Manager to lead our Kuala Lumpur location. In this role, you won't just perform clinical eye exams; you will be the face of our brand, creating a seamless, stylish, and premium experience for our customers.
As both an Optometrist and a Store Manager, you will balance clinical excellence with retail leadership. You will manage daily operations, lead your team to hit performance targets, and ensure that every customer receives the high-quality care and service that defines the SATURDAYS brand. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive eye examinations, refractions, and contact lens fittings with clinical precision.
- Provide professional consultation and product recommendations based on individual customer vision needs and style preferences.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and team scheduling.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor store staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and equipment maintenance are upheld at all times.
- Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints to maintain brand reputation and loyalty.
- Analyze store sales performance data to drive operational improvements and revenue growth.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Optometry or relevant professional certification.
- Possess a valid practicing license recognized in Malaysia.
- Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role, preferably within the eyewear, luxury, or fashion industry.
- Strong clinical skills with a passion for delivering excellent customer-centric care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malay (proficiency in other languages is a plus).
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in clinical documentation and retail operations.
