Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of optometrists and optical assistants to ensure exceptional patient care.
- Develop and implement clinical protocols, standards, and best practices across all optometry service locations.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, regulatory compliance, and high-quality service delivery.
- Drive patient acquisition and retention strategies through community outreach and clinical excellence initiatives.
- Manage budgets, inventory, and P&L responsibilities for the optometry service line to achieve financial targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns that highlight our advanced vision care services and products.
- Stay current with industry advancements, incorporating new diagnostic tools and eyewear technologies into practice.
- Ensure meticulous patient record-keeping and strict adherence to healthcare regulations (MOH, OOB guidelines).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Optometry or an equivalent recognized qualification.
- Full registration with the Optometrists and Opticians Board (OOB), Singapore.
- Minimum 5–8 years of clinical experience in optometry, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Proven track record in managing multi-site optical retail or clinical services is highly preferred.
- Strong business acumen with demonstrable experience in P&L management, sales strategy, and KPI achievement.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to inspire a diverse team.
- Passionate about delivering an outstanding patient experience and achieving superior clinical outcomes.
- Proficiency in optical dispensing software, point-of-sale systems, and electronic medical records (EMR).
