- Oversee and manage all daily retail store operations at our Opus Mall location, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
- Lead, motivate, and train a team of retail associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Drive sales performance to meet and exceed set targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure exceptional customer service is consistently delivered, resolving customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Implement and maintain compelling visual merchandising displays that attract customers and enhance the brand image.
- Manage inventory control, including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and loss prevention measures.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience (2+ years) in a supervisory or management role within the retail sector.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of motivating and developing a successful sales team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Proficiency in retail operations, including POS systems, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
