Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and manage Oracle database performance, ensuring optimal efficiency, stability, and resource utilization.
- Perform routine database maintenance tasks, including backups, recoveries, data integrity checks, and space management.
- Diagnose and resolve complex database issues, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities promptly.
- Plan, schedule, and execute database patching, upgrades, migrations, and instance cloning.
- Implement and maintain high availability solutions such as Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC) and Data Guard.
- Develop, test, and optimize SQL queries and PL/SQL procedures for various application needs.
- Ensure robust data security and compliance with company policies, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide expert technical guidance and on-call support for critical production database issues as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an Oracle Database Administrator in a production environment, preferably within financial services.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Database versions 12c, 18c, 19c, or later, including installation, configuration, and administration.
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and shell scripting for automation and routine tasks.
- Extensive experience with Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC), Data Guard, and Recovery Manager (RMAN).
- Solid understanding of database security principles, backup, and disaster recovery strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
