Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and Expenses).
- Conduct comprehensive business process analysis to identify functional gaps and design scalable Oracle solutions.
- Configure Oracle Finance application settings based on detailed client business requirements.
- Provide expert guidance on financial business flows, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
- Manage system configuration documentation, functional specification documents (FSDs), and end-user training materials.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to support data migration, integrations (REST/SOAP/File-based), and reporting requirements.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide post-go-live production support.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of professional experience in Oracle ERP implementations, specifically with Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Deep functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud Finance core modules.
- Proven experience in at least 2 full-cycle Oracle Fusion Finance implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards and local tax reporting requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Oracle Cloud Finance Certification is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment.
