PT Leap Digital Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Report Developer to join our dynamic technology team in Karawaci. As our Oracle Fusion Report Developer, you will bridge the gap between complex technical data and strategic business decision-making. You will work closely with functional consultants and end-users to design, develop, and deploy sophisticated reporting solutions that drive operational efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance reports using Oracle BI Publisher and OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence).
- Create complex data models, dashboards, and analytics that align with business requirements.
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand reporting needs and provide technical specifications for Oracle Fusion Cloud modules.
- Perform comprehensive testing, debugging, and optimization of reports to ensure accuracy and performance.
- Maintain documentation for all reporting solutions, including technical manuals and user guides.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing reporting artifacts and dashboards.
- Stay up-to-date with Oracle Cloud updates and implement new features or enhancements as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud reporting.
- Proficiency in BI Publisher, OTBI, and SQL/PL-SQL.
- Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud data structures across ERP, HCM, or SCM modules.
- Experience with data integration tools and data warehousing concepts is a significant plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for data visualization.
- Ability to work effectively in a project-based environment with tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
