PT Leap Digital Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Retail Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant to join our dynamic enterprise solutions team. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and technical implementation, specifically focusing on the Oracle Retail ecosystem.
You will play a critical role in the end-to-end delivery of retail cloud solutions, including configuration, development, and support for high-stakes projects. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in the Oracle Retail Suite and thrives in an environment that demands both analytical problem-solving and technical precision. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of Oracle Retail Cloud modules (SIOCS, MFPCS, MFCS).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate retail operational requirements into functional design specifications.
- Perform technical troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning for Oracle Retail Cloud environments.
- Develop and maintain complex integrations between Oracle Retail modules and external enterprise systems.
- Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide comprehensive documentation and end-user training.
- Provide post-implementation support to ensure system stability and optimize business processes.
- Participate in project planning, risk assessment, and technical roadmap development for client engagements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Retail Cloud (SIOCS, MFPCS, MFCS).
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF).
- Strong understanding of retail business processes (Inventory Management, Merchandise Financial Planning, Store Operations).
- Proven experience in working with Oracle Retail integration tools (RIB, BDI, RTS).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead client-facing discussions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed global team.
