Tanggung Jawab
- Process and manage incoming customer orders with 100% accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate order fulfillment across sales, warehouse, and logistics departments
- Maintain comprehensive order documentation and digital records in company systems
- Resolve order discrepancies and customer inquiries proactively
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock availability to relevant teams
- Generate weekly/monthly reports on order volume, processing times, and customer feedback
- Collaborate with customer service to ensure post-order satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational certification in business administration preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in order management, administration, or customer service roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and order management software
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in deadline-driven environments
- Proven problem-solving skills with customer-focused approach
