  • Coordinate order fulfillment across sales, warehouse, and logistics departments
  • Maintain comprehensive order documentation and digital records in company systems
  • Resolve order discrepancies and customer inquiries proactively
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock availability to relevant teams
  • Generate weekly/monthly reports on order volume, processing times, and customer feedback
  • Collaborate with customer service to ensure post-order satisfaction

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational certification in business administration preferred
  • Minimum 1 year experience in order management, administration, or customer service roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and order management software
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
